Employment Training Specialists play an integral role in the workplace success of our participants. The ETS functions as a coach, supervisor, trainer, and mentor to workers with developmental disabilities. Sometimes they even work right alongside the crew members–whatever it takes to get the job done!
Our ETS’ are highly trained and professional. As employees of INALLIANCE, they must pass a rigorous interview process, a nationwide background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
In addition, our ETS’ must attend ongoing training and complete a minimum of 30 hours of specialized training. Mandatory certifications in first aid and CPR are required.
